Thank you for for deciding to book with Pulse Clinic. We can’t wait to meet you. Before booking please have a read and understand the below policies so that you are all set.
- Thank you for deciding to book with us. We are more than elated to treat you!
- Our main location is in Canary Wharf.
- If you intend to come with a plus one, please do notify us before hand, if you don’t notify us in advance they will have to wait outside for the duration of your appointment.
- You must be over 18. Please be ready to provide ID at your appointment.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for all treatments. We have a no-refund policy once a treatment has been completed.
- We take cash or card also.
- Slots are released at 7pm on the 20th of each month.
- We have a 10 minute grace period – after 10 minutes, you will incur a £10 late fee. After 25mins your appointment will be cancelled.
- As our deposits are non-refundable, if you cancel you will lose your deposit. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48hrs before your appointment. Rescheduling 2 or more times will incur a £5 extra fee. No shows will be banned from booking.
